Yoga and Ayurveda
is a continuous life process, which starts from the birth of human
being and ends up with the human being. Both are
having the same origin from “Veda”.If you want to remain disease
free in your life in this century, you have to go for yoga and
ayurveda in your life style.
Only physical
fitness is not important but emotional and spiritual
fitness is also important to balance your body. ”Yoga” attaches
“spirit” and “mind” to body nicely because the word “Yuja” in yoga means to attach, so this attachment to body, mind and soul should be proper, if you want to remain healthy
throughout the life.
The eight types of “Anga”
are mentioned in yoga called “Ashtang yoga”. “Yama”, ”Niyama”, ”Asana”, ”
Pranayam” these are the first four “Anga”
making purification of body. If you follow these four “Anga”
our Vat, Pitta & Kafa in the body will remain in sound
condition, keeping you disease free. “Pratyahar”, ”Dhyan”, ”Dharna” & “Samadhi” are the four “Anga”
doing the purification of Mind. This is very important
